STEPPING MOTORS -- IMS offers Enhanced NEMA size 14, 17, 23 and 34 Hybrid Stepping Motors, and a Standard NEMA size 42 Hybrid Stepping Motor. Enhanced stepping motors have a higher torque output than standard hybrid stepping motors. Motors are 1.8 degrees-per-step single shaft with double shaft, optical encoder and planetary gearbox options available for most motors.
IOS MOTORS -- The IOS motor is an innovative, brushless DC motor based on hybrid stepper motor technology. Its unique, patented design features a hollow-shaft with a non-rotating core. It can be configured for a wide range of precision linear and rotary positioning applications with significant cost savings when compared with conventional rotary tables, pneumatic cylinders and rod style actuators. IOS motors are available in NEMA size 17, 23, 32 & 42.
LINEAR ACTUATORS -- The same linear actuator motors offered on our popular MDrive 14, 17, 23 and 34 models, are available separately.
DC FLAT MOTORS -- Miniature motors featuring an ironless rotor for servo-like response, smooth and stable positioning, high efficiency and long life. Optional gearbox available. |
